UV direct printing has been part of our production capabilities for over a decade, and is widely used across a broad range of custom award and corporate gift projects. It is a highly versatile process that allows full-colour images and graphics to be printed directly onto rigid, flat surfaces with excellent clarity and durability.
Using specialised flatbed UV printers, we are able to print on most hard, flat materials, provided the surface is even and free from significant protrusions. The instant curing of UV inks ensures sharp detail, vibrant colours and a clean finish suitable for formal presentation pieces.
Different materials and design requirements call for different production approaches. While laser engraving is well-suited for creating depth and permanent etched details within transparent or solid materials, UV direct printing is often the preferred solution for designs that require colour accuracy, graphic elements or surface-based visuals. Selecting the appropriate process based on material characteristics and design intent allows the final piece to achieve the best possible outcome.
In addition to printing on items produced by us, we also welcome clients to provide their own items for UV printing. This service is available with no minimum order quantity, making it suitable for both one-off custom pieces and larger production runs.
