Corporate & Custom Orders

MOQ depends on the product type and production method:

  • Ready-made awards, trophies & plaques: 1 piece
  • Custom optical crystal awards: 1 piece
  • Die-struck or die-cast commemorative coins (custom mould): 20 pieces
  • Printed-only commemorative coins (no mould): 5 pieces
  • Custom Liuli / coloured glass pieces: 20 pieces

Unit pricing is closely tied to quantity. Applicable MOQs are also indicated on individual product pages.

  • Corporate orders: 30 days credit term upon confirmation with a signed quotation or official PO.
  • For orders above S$10,000, a 50% deposit is required before production.
  • Personal orders: Full payment is required before processing.

All local Singapore deliveries are subject to 9% GST in accordance with local regulations.

Artwork, Proofing & Revisions

Yes. Once an order is confirmed, layout and artwork proof preparation is included and provided FOC.

Our scope covers layout arrangement and production-ready artwork proofing based on client-provided logos, images and text. We do not provide complex graphic design services.

Yes. Once the order is confirmed, we provide unlimited revisions until final artwork approval before production.

  • Laser engraving: Any image file is acceptable. Higher-resolution images produce better engraving results.
  • UV direct printing: Vector files are required. Text vectorisation is provided by us. Image vector conversion is available at an additional cost.
  • Sandblasting: Vector files are preferred. High-quality images may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

For award and trophy projects, the quoted unit price typically includes one identical logo or image with unlimited text.

If additional logos or images are required, a one-time additional service charge will apply. This will be advised before artwork preparation.

Production & Lead Time

Lead time depends on stock availability, quantity and customisation level:

  • In-stock items (≤10 pcs): within 1 week after artwork approval
  • In-stock items (10–20 pcs): 1–2 weeks
  • Custom designs or pre-order stock: 4–5 weeks

Yes, subject to availability and artwork readiness. Urgent service fees apply:

  • In-stock ≤10 pcs: 24–48 hours
  • In-stock 10–20 pcs: 1–3 working days
  • Custom or pre-order items: 2–3 weeks

Most projects do not include free samples. For large-volume orders, sampling can be arranged with a sampling fee. If the bulk order is confirmed, the sample will be charged at the bulk unit rate, and the difference refunded accordingly.

Colours, Materials & Finishing

  • UV direct printing: Printed in CMYK. Pantone and RGB colours will be converted and may show slight variation.
  • Sandblasting colour infill: Colours are hand-mixed and filled manually. Metallic finishes (gold, silver, copper) are available. Minor colour variation is expected.

Packaging & Delivery

Most products include standard gift packaging. We also offer:

  • Colour logo printing on gift boxes (UV printing)
  • Foil stamping (gold or silver)
  • Custom-colour gift boxes (MOQ: 20 pcs)
  • All overseas shipments and overseas-bound corporate orders are shipped via FedEx.
  • Shipping costs are quoted separately and must be confirmed before order processing.

After-Sales & Quality Assurance

Please notify us within 3 working days of receipt with clear photographs. We will assess the issue and advise on replacement or re-production arrangements accordingly.
As all customised items are produced based on approved artwork, changes or cancellations after confirmation may not be possible or may incur additional costs. Please contact us as early as possible to discuss available options.
